Chester Branch Railroad Rehabilitation Completed

Five million dollars in federal stimulus money paid for the rehabilitation project on the Chester Branch Freight Railroad.  The rail line, which runs from Wharton to Roxbury, was in dire need of improvements.  Jack Holland, CEO of Holland Manufacturing, one of two local businesses that depend on the train to transport products, says the rail line is the lifeline of his business.
