Volunteers Help Rescue a Library in Montclair

A ribbon cutting ceremony marks a new chapter in the long history of the Bellevue Avenue Library in Montclair.  The nearly century old library was forced to close back in January because of budget cuts but today it has reopened thanks to the work of dedicated volunteers.
