Governor Christie Chooses Cami Anderson as Newark School Superintendent

Newark is still a state-run school district, which is why Governor Christie gets to choose the Superintendent of Schools.  Today, Christie announced his choice, Cami Anderson, who currently runs New York City’s special district for alternative schools that educates troubled kids and 60,000 young adults in prisons, treatment facilities, and juvenile detention.
