Republican Congressman Leonard Lance was in Westfield and Flemington today speaking out against federal tax hikes and federal spending. Lance voted “for” the budget bill last week that cut 38 billion dollars in spending and he believes larger cuts are needed for next year. The vote last week was bi-partisan with five New Jersey Republicans and four Democrats voting for the budget bill and one Republican and three Democrats voting against it.
