Heavy Flooding in Northern NJ Towns after Weekend Storms

The weekend’s heavy rains brought unwelcome, unexpected flooding to some Northern New Jersey towns.  The emergency management coordinator in Pequanock says this year’s flooding has been especially tough on the town.  One neighborhood in Pequanock was particularly hard hit.  It is tucked up against the Pompton River.
