NJ Supreme Court Questions Reliability of Witness Identification

Barry Scheck, best known for being part of the so called dream team that defended O.J. Simpson, argued before the NJ Supreme Court on behalf of the wrongly identified today. The Supreme Court is considering whether to force courts and law enforcement agencies to change the way they identify suspects and to use more scrutiny with the use of suspect lineups and photographs.
