NJ Senate & Assembly Consider Move to Override Christie’s Vetoes

 In December both houses passed a multi-bill package of tax credits and other job-creating incentives.  Two weeks ago Governor Christie vetoed twelve of them and conditionally vetoed two.  The legislature today passed the two he conditionally vetoed – known as the single-sales factor bill and the loss-carry forward bill – but on four others could not muster the two-thirds majorities needed to override Christie’s absolute vetoes.
