Schools That Were Left Behind

Phillipsburg School Superintendent Mark Miller was shocked and appalled upon learning that his district was not on a coveted short list to receive state funding for a new high school that was planned years ago.  There was a groundbreaking for the new high school in 2009.  Twenty million dollars was spent on excavation and new athletic fields.  Now that project is in limbo.
