Proposed Legislation for Electric Car Charging Stations Approved

New Jersey is another step closer to getting charging stations for electric cars installed at new shopping centers and toll road rest stops.  A package of five bills was recently approved by a legislative committee requiring the installation.

    With the national electrical power grid de-regulated and 65-70% of our nations power coming from high-coke-coal, what eco-savings will we get for the cost imposed on setting up an industry that releys on eco-unfriendly batteries, cars that cost upwards of 40K and get 40 miles to the charge from domestic manufacturering??? And we should “hurry up” again…
