New Jersey Hall of Fame Inductees

 Thirteen native New Jerseyans will be inducted into the NJ Hall of Fame this spring.  The diverse list is headed up by former Governor Brendan Byrne, Admiral William “Bull” Halsey and John Basilone, from Raritan, a marine gunnery sergeant who was the only enlisted marine in World War II to receive the medal of honor, Navy Cross, and Purple Heart.  From the areas of entertainment and sports, the inductees include singer, Tony Bennett, and actors Queen Latifah, Bruce Willis and John Travolta as well as, Franco Harris, best known for his days with the Pittsburg Steelers and Joe Theisman, who led the Washington Redskins to a Super Bowl and set several franchise records.
