Rivera-Soto No Longer Wants to Serve on Supreme Court

 Supreme Court Justice Roberto Rivera-Soto has asked Governor Christie to not be reappointed when his first term ends in nine months.  In a letter released by the Governor’s office, Rivera-Soto says, “although the rewards of public service and, in particular, service on the court are many, it is time for me to return to my first and true professional love: the practice of law.”
