The project, called, Lyndhurst Residences, is located at Riverside Plaza, a four-year-old mix of commercial space and 160 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. An unusual partnership between the developer, the Township of Lyndhurst and the Bergen County Housing Authority will turn 80 of the apartments into section eight housing. Half will be available to low-income seniors and half to adults with special needs.
