Senate to Address Tool Kit Legislation: Civil Service and Arbitration Reform

 A key issue in Governor Christie’s tool kit reform agenda is one step closer to being resolved.  Legislative committees gathered today to review civil service and arbitration reform.  After weeks of behind the scenes negotiations details for a compromise piece of legislation that caps interest arbitration awards at two percent were revealed.  However, Democratic leaders and Governor Christie remain deadlocked on civil service reform.
