NJ After 3 Funding in Question

All of the three million dollars allocated in the state budget for NJ After 3, an organization that oversees many after school programs throughout the state, has not been received.  The Governor’s office released a statement saying, the state does not have all of its money to spend for the entire course of the fiscal year up front but NJ After 3 will receive its allotment in the second half of the fiscal year.
