Advocacy Groups Concerned about Low to Moderate Housing Needs

Affordable housing took a backseat to bureaucracy as the Assembly Housing and Local Government Committee became bogged down with dozens of amendments to a bill designed to replace the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH.)  Interest groups from the environment to civil rights advocacy groups all had concerns about the bill with most saying it does not address true low and moderate income housing needs.
