Protestors Want New Jersey’s Medicinal Marijuana Guidelines Repealed

Democratic Senator Nicholas Scutari has sponsored a Senate resolution aimed at scaling back the new regulations for medical marijuana. The state’s Department of Health and Senior Services released the regulations for how the drug will be administered earlier this month. Advocates for medicinal pot say they are far too restrictive and will prevent patients who need the drug from getting it. Governor Christie blasted Scutari saying he is not telling the truth about being “blind sided” by the new rules.
