Record Number of NJ State Employees Retiring

Record numbers of public workers are retiring.  Over sixteen thousand, police, firefighters, teachers, state, county and municipal employees have submitted their retirement papers so far this year.  In comparison that’s already 35 percent higher than last year. Many credit Governor Christie’s anticipated pension reforms with the mass exodus.
