Senate President Steven Sweeney is proposing tax cuts for NJ senior citizens earning less than $100,000 a year. Sweeney said he wants to bridge the gap between the state’s richest residents and the middle class. Sweeney’s proposal is an alternative to Governor Christie’s plan to lower income taxes for the richest New Jersey residents.
