New Jersey Wineries in Jeopardy

New Jersey vintners want state lawmakers to hurry up and pass legislation allowing out-of-state wineries to open retail outlets here. The U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled current New Jersey law is unconstitutional because it bars out-of-state wineries from operating retail outlets in New Jersey. State vintners are afraid the court will order them to shut down their tasting rooms and festivals.
