Democratic Legislators Expected to Introduce Alternative Budget Plan

Democrats were attempting to hammer out details of their own budget to counter the Governor’s 29 billion dollar proposal. Speaker Sheila Oliver said in a phone interview they are concerned about a proposed 300 million dollars in cuts to Medicaid.
