Much-Maligned Flemington Circle Set to Get a Makeover

The NJ Department of Transportation wants to use about 5.5 million dollars in federal money to redesign the Flemington Circle.  The proposal will use a two-lane roundabout, with an inner and outer roadway to separate traffic from the circle and allow for a heavy travel lane.
