Roseberry House To Be Preserved

Its broken windows are boarded up.  Inside, there are holes in the plaster and the limestone walls.  A 50,000 dollar Garden State Trust Grant will help the Phillipsburg Area Historical Society create a preservation plan for Roseberry House.  It’s a gem of Georgian architecture, built around 1770, by someone with money and taste.
