Pipe Bomb Detonated in Fair Lawn Neighborhood

The Bergen County Prosecutor says they are searching for the person responsible for throwing a very large pipe bomb at a Fair Lawn home late last night. No one was hurt but the explosion threw nails and shrapnel into the targeted home as well as 4 or 5 others and several vehicles. Residents in the quiet, tree-lined neighborhood were shocked. Officials say they do not suspect this was in any way linked to terrorism or was intended to be a bias crime. The investigation continues.
