Newark Police Officer William Johnson Laid to Rest

The men in blue lined the street outside the New Hope Baptist Church as friends, family and local dignitaries slowly made their way inside to honor William Johnson, police officer, father and brother. The 45-year old Newark native was killed in a drive-by shooting last week as he was standing at the counter of a restaurant waiting for a slice of pizza.
