Governor Agrees to Reimburse the State for Helicopter Use

In less than 48 hours the Governor’s use of a state helicopter, to attend his son’s baseball game and then to a political dinner with admirers from Iowa, has become a national story. In an effort to put an end to the controversy Christie announced he and his wife have written checks in the amount of 900 and 1200 dollars that would reimburse the state for their use of the helicopter.
