Rutgers University President Announces Retirement

After nearly ten years as head of the state’s largest university, Rutgers President Richard McCormick formally announced he’s retiring.  Calling his decision a personal one that has been a year in the making, McCormick talked about some accomplishments that have occurred during his watch. McCormick says he will remain at the university to help fundraise.  He will join the faculty to teach history.
