New Jersey’s average gas price stands at $3.89 a gallon. While crude oil dropped eight percent, going from 114 dollars a barrel to under 90 dollars, experts say motorists shouldn’t expect to see relief until the reduced prices are passed from the major refineries to the retailers and that could take a few weeks.
