State Judiciary Faces Salary Shortfall

The Judiciary faces flat funding in this year’s budget, and as a result, the department has to identify 25 million dollars to cover its salary commitments.  Judge Glenn Grant stressed to the Assembly Budget Committee that some technology projects will have to be deferred due to the lack of funds.
