Mayor Booker & U.S. Education Secretary Host Teach Campaign

U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan outlined high expectations for Newark’s education reform goals.  He says in five years Newark should be the best urban school system in the country. Duncan came to Newark to talk about a national teacher recruitment effort that, he believes, will bring about profound improvement to the quality of public education in America.
