Opponents Ask Governor to Stop DEP Waiver Proposal

Several labor and environmental groups have called on Governor Christie to stop a proposal that would allow DEP to waive strict compliance with regulations for certain businesses.  Opponents believe the waivers could start a precedent of waiving regulations that may endanger public health.
