Kean University Faculty Required to Fill Out Time Cards

Starting this spring semester, Kean University is requiring full-time faculty members to fill out biweekly time sheets.  The requirement is part of a 2008 state law calling for public employees to prove they work at least 35 hours a week to be eligible for the state health benefits program. The Kean Federation of Teachers opposed this change.
