Another Dose of Snow

 Another round of snow blanketed the Garden State today with accumulations from one to four inches.  The state emergency operations center was activated at 6:00 a.m. as a precaution.  There were delays at Newark Liberty International Airport and speed restrictions were advised on the NJ Turnpike.
