Survey Says Economy Still at Recession Levels

Over 1300 New Jersey businesses surveyed say they have seen some economic improvement but 60 percent said they were still in a recession.  The survey was conducted by the New Jersey Business and Industry Association.  Most businesses cited the cost of doing business in New Jersey, healthcare coverage, and property taxes as their biggest problems.
