Senate & Assembly Propose Toughest Anti-Bullying Bill in U.S.

If the new anti-bullying law proposed by the Senate Education Committee is enacted it will make tougher rules for how schools deal with accusations of bullying. Administrators will face greater accountability with new reporting procedures. Cyber bullying and other forms of off-campus bullying will also be prohibited.
