Governor Christie Vetoes Free Pass for DRPA

In an on-going battle of wills Governor Chris Christie vetoed three resolutions the Delaware River Port Authority Board of Commissioners had approved. The resolutions would have reinstated the right of DRPA and PATCO employees to commute to and from work without paying tolls or fares; reinstated the 100 free E-Z pass trips on DRPA facilities; and reinstated the right of DRPA and PATCO employees to make multiple free trips in one day in the course of their work.
