Tunnel to Nowhere

Originally the Trans Hudson Tunnel project promised to help solve New Jersey’s commuting problems.  Now, it seems to be adding to the chaos.  All new aspects of the Trans Hudson Tunnel project are at a standstill due to possible cost overruns.
